Summary of Changes
Removes the coloured Joomla logo and adds the toggle structure to the error page. For a reproducible way to trigger the error plugin please see the issue linked above
Testing Instructions
Trigger the atum error page and compare the menu area to that on the normal dashboard page. Before patch there's a joomla logo at the bottom of the menu and no toggle structure. After patch looks identical.
