Website administrator would like to turn off language cookies because of caching servers. We experience situation where request to home page is expired and user with cookie creates new cached response which redirects to specific language (not default language) because this cookie (or info in session) was present.

Plugin language filter should include option to avoid usage of language cookies.

This issue was already mentioned on #7044 as second part of description, but was ignored and only secure cookie request was implemented.
