Adds null value support flag to Extensions table. Fixes enabling/disabling plugins.
Testing Instructions
Go to plugins list.
Click the icon to disable a plugin.
Click the icon again to enable the plugin.
Expected result
Plugin enabled.

Plugin remains disabled.
