Added three more minor changes.
1) Images now use versioning parameters to avoid the browser cache flush otherwise needed during testing. Unfortunately this only works then moving to the branch. A cache flush is still required following testing to revert.
2) The Prev/Next/Refresh buttons now look ok in IE9 without the gradient fill.
3) Slight positioning adjustment to align refresh with the prev/next buttons.
Ready for a final test. See tracker 26745.
