Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Add an update server to your J4 extension
2. Add <changelogurl>https://yoursite/changelog.xml</changelogurl> to your extension XML with the contents from: https://docs.joomla.org/Adding_changelog_to_your_manifest_file. (Make sure the version matches that of your extension and the changelog URL is valid)
3. Install your extension
4. Confirm that the changelogurl has a value in the #__extensions table for your extension
5. Bump the version in your update XML
6. Go to /administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=update (clear cache and find updates)

Expected result

A Changelog button should appear

Actual result

No changelog button

It looks like the the changelogurl column isn't being updated in the #__updates table
