use getId when parsing urls
Testing Instructions
you need a component with a router stripping ids, and way to get to a specific frontend view without a matching menu item
Expected result
urls are built and parsed properly
Actual result
urls were built using getSegment, but not parsed using getId

in fact, i can't make a PR against 3.9-dev... only 3.10-dev is accessible

Hi is there a special reason to move this to 3.10? To me this can go into 3.9.x whrn tested
