Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For example, in a recipe site that contains 2000 articles (recipes) I set the "video" tag in recipes that contain the video recipe.
If I wanted to search for all the recipes that do not contain the "video" tag to understand which items I have yet to integrate the video at this moment it is not possible.
Describe the solution you'd like
In the list of items, have a field next to the Tags one that allows me to search for items that do not have that specific Tag inserted.

Doesnt completely help but you can now filter for all articles that have no tags
