I just did a clean install in a new database.

Expected behaviour is that the admin does not show any database issues but

1. it says there is one problem

Table 'kh8be_finder_filters' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'created_by' with type int(10) unsigned. (From file 4.0.0-2018-07-29.sql.)
Table 'kh8be_finder_links' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'state' with type int(5). (From file 4.0.0-2018-07-29.sql.)
Table 'kh8be_finder_links' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'access' with type int(5). (From file 4.0.0-2018-07-29.sql.)
Table 'kh8be_extensions' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'protected' with type tinyint(3). (From file 4.0.0-2020-03-25.sql.)
130 database changes were checked.
227 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

2. Clicking on "update structure" just returns with the notice "There are tables not up to date!" and nothing has been fixed
