PLG_USER_TOKEN_GROUP_DESC contains "If you are not sure what this does chances are you don't need and can safely ignore these settings"
When translating this I do not know what the intention is (not correct English?).
I am not native English but chances and changes are different things.
"chances are" means "it is likely that"
"If you are not sure what this does it is likely that you don't need and can safely ignore these settings"
That would be a better sentence for me.
English natives will understand the wording "chances are". We can translate as we wish in our languages.
It should be "**need it and can **
