Summary of Changes
Adds parameterized queries to Joomla\CMS\Table\CoreContent.
Testing Instructions
Test that tagging features still work.
Create content items with tags.
Create tags on the fly.
Remove tags from content items.
Test that mod_tags_similar and mod_tags_popular modules still work correctly after creating/removing tags.
Expected result
Works like before.
