I try solve this issue but really not know how:
PHP Warning: mysqli_query(): Empty query in /vagrant/www/attached.dev/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 560, referer: http://192.168.1.5/attached.dev/installation/index.php
Any idea how solve this issue?

I think is a bug in my provision install.
I'd bet it is ;)
I think it would be pretty cool to have a Vagrant setup for the Joomla! CMS. That could help a lot in demonstration and testing.
I also played a little... maybe you find this useful: https://github.com/elkuku/vagrant-joomla-cms
Oh, and https://github.com/joomla/jissues can also be tested in a Vagrant box (ref)

Any chance you could post some information about your environment, as it seems not a "standard" one ?
I assume it's a virtual machine running Vagrant ?
