Because of changes in the tinymce mobile experience we have to disable the toggle editor button on a mobile device. Otherwise it floats on top of the editor.

Dump question but shouldn't this be done by media query and not with server side filtering?

Sadly I'm not the frontend guy but I'm sure we have some people with the knowledge to do this.
