In 3.2.1 it appears that the language constant COM_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNFILETYPE at /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_media.ini:43 is not used anywhere.
In the absence of a Pull Request I am going to close this for now. At some point in the future we should probably review all the strings to check for orphans like this

Indeed, it is now JLIB_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNFILETYPE as the helper has been moved in 3.x to the library
Should be the same (to check) for:
COM_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNFILENAME
COM_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNINVALID_IMG
COM_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNINVALID_MIME
COM_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNNOTADMIN
COM_MEDIA_ERROR_WARNIEXSS

Doesnt look like it is used anymore. There are probably a lot more unused strings
