Summary of Changes
Set the relative path to true for the com_media assets, so they can be overridden at template level.
Testing Instructions
Create the following file:
administrator\templates\atum\css\com_media\mediamanager.css
and add html { display: none } to it.
Then go to /administrator/index.php?option=com_media
Expected result
The page should be blank
