Steps to reproduce the issue
Create a menu item of type "Compact list of tagged items" with a title "XXX" selecting one or more tags. Go to "Page Display" tab:
- leave empty both "Browser Page title" and "Page Heading".
- set "Show Page Heading" to Yes
In "Tag Options" set "Show tag name" to NO if you selected a single tag in the menu item details tab.
Expected result
Browser page and page heading should be "XXX"
Actual result
Browser page and page heading are the concatenation of tags titles.
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla 3.9.12

I can confirm this but not sure if this is expected or not. Show Tag Name option isn't used for setting the page heading, it's used separately in the view layout.
