Summary of Changes
As title says.
This PR normalize the links in the alternate preset and in the QuickiconHelper in order to highlight/expand the correct menu item when clicking on quickicons or other presets.
It solves the same issue when using the default preset.
It also adds a dashboard to the Privacy Menu when using alternate preset
Testing Instructions
Edit the default Administrator Menu module and choose Preset - Alternative Main Menu
Before patch
Loading Home Dashboard for example and clicking on some of the Site icons will not highlight/expand the menu item concerned
Users, Menus Manage, workflow, Modules are good example.
Same for default preset for Users, Articles, Modules, Templates
After patch
All these oddities should be gone
