Steps to reproduce the issue

When attempting to install Joomla 4, if you enter some incorrect database details, you are presented with a single page consisting of all 3 installation steps. The alert is shown at the top of the page and is also the wrong colour (currently blue)

Expected result

• Red/yellow alert (whatever you guys normally use for this sort of error)
• The alert to be displayed in a plac that doesn't require me to scroll all the way up to find it
• The instalation steps so still appear on a "page-by-page" basis, as opposed to being stacked
