unable to access control panel http://localhost/joomla/testing/joomla-cms/administrator/index.php

log into admin and the error message is there, on a blank page apart from top nav bar. I can use the top left button 'system' and go to global config but still not to the control panel. I haven't seen an issue in other views. Thank for looking!
I've just tested with the latest from the master branch and cannot reproduce. Can you try again with either a $ git clone git@github.com:joomla/joomla-cms.git or by downloading https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/archive/master.zip?
I tested the current master today and could not replicate this. Hils please can you retest and let us know if you still have this error. If you do please can you let us know the php and mysql versions and anything else that you think might be relevant about your setup
After 7 days without further update and without the issue being confirmed I am going to close this. It can always be re-opened
