Summary of Changes
This executes the new codestyle in parallel to the old codestyle in order for us to migrate the codebase over to the new style.
ATTENTION!!
Almost all fixes to the codestyle for the new style have been done in the linked PRs below. The last one is #25471 and after this PR, there are still errors present, which seem to be related to issues in the sniffs. Please check those first and find solutions to this BEFORE merging all these PRs!

@HLeithner warned me of this. I messed up a bit and commited the requested changes above into #25450 instead of here. So rather check that one and then this one is obsolete...
