Steps to reproduce the issue

Activtate the language filter plugin.

Expected result

After the setup the Joomla page should be multilingual.

Actual result

If I'm visiting my page, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getTag() on a non-object in /home/*/public_html/joomla3/libraries/cms/application/site.php on line 436

System information (as much as possible)

PHP-Version: 5.3.27
Webserver: Apache/2.2.23 (Unix) mod_hive/3.6 mod_ssl/2.2.23 OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635

Linux Server
Tested Joomla version: 3.2.0

Thanks for your comment - At this time we are only using github as the place to submit code fixes, the actual reporting of issues and testing fixes is still taking place on Joomlacode.

Please can you:

1) Open an item on the Joomlacode tracker in the appropriate area.
