[#2428] - Incorrect tag name in tag listing view

To re-create this problem please perform the following actions:
1) Publish the tag cloud module, and make sure some tags are displaying.
2) Go to: Components-->Tags-->Options-->Show Tag Name: Show.
3) Go to your website and click on some tag in your tag cloud. At the top it should appear the name of the tag, but (at least in my case) it shows the name of the website.

I know this is really kind of old but I just tried to replicate this and in the staging branch this was working correctly as expected for me.
Is it still a problem or has it been dealt with?
