[#23800] - [4.0] Edit Style - Confusing "default" radio buttons

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=style
  2. Open the Cassiopeia template
  3. Go to the "Advanced" tab
  4. Look at the radio buttons for the "Fluid" option

Expected result

I think this is supposed to be a switcher element

Actual result

2 radio buttons without any identifiers
