Summary of Changes
The modals Close button ( X ) is not adapted to RTL
Testing Instructions
Install Persian language.
Display 2 browser windows of backend using en-GB as back-end language.
1 window displaying the Installed languages filtered by admin
1 window displaying an article edit page, Publishing tab.
Switch language to Persian
Reload the article edit page, click on the Created By icon to open a modal to choose a user.
After patch and running npm, test again
