User tests: Successful: Unsuccessful:
Assume there are n items, with n > 1, where some items I can edit the status and others I can't edit. When I try edit their status all at once, it display an error message saying that I haven't permission to edit the status and a success message saying that n-1 items were modified, but no item changed. In this PR, I fix it.

Thanks for your contribution - At this time we are only using github as the place to submit code fixes, the actual reporting of issues and testing fixes is still taking place on Joomlacode.
