Summary of Changes
Correcting RTL display in admin for:
Install Languages versions align to left instead of right (overriding bootstrap default)
CPanel modules icons in titles should display to the left.
SysInfo directories when the strings contains parenthesis. (Also enlarged column for the directories in general from 650px to 850px).
Cache kb/MB display for each file concerned
Database manifest version (as it may contain non numeric characters)
Testing Instructions
Install Persian pack on the nightly or dev branch.
Load the pages concerned (cache may need to set debug on to get a result)
Look at results.
patch and run npm ci
Reload the same pages
After patch
