Merging 3.7 into 4.0 was not corrected for GroupModel

Go to 'Users > Field Groups', Click 'New'

JTable and uiTab errors
After patch
one can create a new field group
Note
This patch is just to correct the errors. It does not modify the comments for the getTable() method in GroupModel.
Same for the comments of the similar method in FieldModel which is not touched in this patch.
