Tried to, but don't know how to get the popups.

BE -> Extensions -> Template Manager
-> Templates
-> choose Protostar for example
-> New File
Then see "Close" on language debug 'ON'
But already tested and set RTC on Tracker

Thanks, Just for the record. Tested it in both isis and hathor and it gets translated with this PR.
