I just noticed that article titles are no longer showing up in the Joomla Newsflash module. I'm fairly sure this started with v3.8.13, as I verified this is occurring on at least two of the sites I maintain on 3.8.13, and one that's still on 3.8.12 does not have the issue. I then checked to make sure this was not a template issue, so I switched the template to protostar and beez3 and they did not appear there either.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create an article for the Newsflash module, have all options set to show the titles. Display front page with newsflash module.

Expected result

Articles display with the article title.

Actual result

Article text displays but no title.

System information (as much as possible)

J! 3.8.13, PHP 7.1
