Steps to reproduce the issue

Attempt to create a folder called , (a comma) in com_media in Joomla 4 admin

Expected result

It either allows the creation of the folder called , and allowed its use
or
It rejects the name , through some validation rule (even though its a valid folder name (on mac)) and provides feedback that its invalid and was not created.

Actual result

initially it replicates #22797 JS error
And then the interface becomes buggy, there is a folder in the list (no physical folder was created on the hard drive)

Additional comments

same error message as #22797 but totally different way to achieve it. This one is not a duplicate because it's REALLY important to provide feedback warning this time.
