[#22800] - [4.0][com_media] No image information in modal views

Steps to reproduce the issue

Admin -> Content -> New -> Images and links tab -> select image selector -> click an image -> click i for information about that image

Expected result

image information page to slide out from the right and tell me about the metadata for that image

Actual result

more room is made, but no panel displays
