[#228] - com_media: Auto-fill Image URL after upload

com_media is great, but uploading several images and having to find each one in the imagelist is a pain. This pull request addresses that issue by auto-filling the image url after successful upload via JApplication::setUserState() and JApplication::getUserState()

It was suggested that it may not be as useful now that multi-upload is available. So I've resolved to leaving it in a custom override for my clients and that it doesn't need to be in core. You can close the PR or I can once I get to an actual computer.
