[#22798] - [4.0] Remove references to local-0 in the media interface

Steps to reproduce the issue

Throughout the new Media Manager it would be wise to remove local-0 in the info screen and anywhere else its referenced

Joomla only allows for one image root - therefore there is no point in confusing the users with this "virtual" path.

there is also the word "local" above the folders on the left and when selecting the images folder the work local-0 is in the information pane

I tried and failed to remove these - its part of the Vue JS....

Any Vue JS Experts?
