Agree, didn't see those! Tried to change, but don't see options in webinterface. Can it be done or do I need to close?

You need to go to your fork https://github.com/sovainfo/joomla-cms
select the branch patch-2
and then if you edit the language file it will be updated here

According to the related issue on the tracker this has been committed
I think this should be placed alpha sorted in the JFIELD grouping so around line 130
