I have tested this item ✅ successfully on 3fb7522

To test, comment https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/blob/staging/plugins/actionlog/joomla/joomla.php#L810-L813

Then log with wrong credentials in frontend.

Action will be saved as

User tried to login to site
