Summary of Changes
Change value column of #__fields_values from text to longtext
Testing Instructions
Create a content field, create an article using that field, insert more than 65535 bytes of data into that field (e.g. a PDF document).
Expected result
The document is stored correctly and can be retreived.
Actual result
As expected.

Advice for anyone wanting to store very large quantities of data (e.g. 1G / videos)?

Whats the state of this? Will this be part of a future release of Joomla? It's nearly two years now
I thought this had been rejected ... certainly I'm in favour of it being reopened and included in a convenient release of Joomla.
PR's to 4.0 will come from staging. We slowly merge up from staging into 4.0 so this PR isn't required
