This PR adds content history (aka versions) to banners, banner categories, and banner clients.
I plan on doing a full database sync over the next week. So I'm not too
concerned about that point right now; there's other database changes
missing too.

OK - I was just pointing it out as we have missed this in the past. OFC it does mean that the feature cant be tested with other databases but I dont think thats really happening anyway
@dextercowley Can you update this please? I think the merge of George's banner data has created conflicts.
I have it fixed but need to wait until master is fixed and allows install to run correctly.

Ok. This is fixed. The banners information for #__content_types in joomla.sql has been merged.
