Note to self (or anyone with more time than me) - Rewrite the internal compiler to use FOFLess that way we aren't dealing with 2 compilers in the repo.

If you are testing this PR remember that a diff does not include binary files and the fonts are binary files
This PR is incomplete due to a bug in the PHP-less compiler. Another commit or 2 are needed.
