Sorry but this is of no use at all. Just sending a link to a generic page in the documentation is absolutely zero help at all.
What we need is specific information about what is not accessible and suggestions on how to make it accessible.
An example of that might be suggesting to use the progressbar role with a link to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility/ARIA/ARIA_Techniques/Using_the_progressbar_role
or even better a link to the bootstrap documentation for this exact issue
