It is not obvious to someone reading it for first time,
one reading it for first time / using this for first time
could assume it will be emailed in non-plain text and that extra steps will be asked
e.g. i am given my debit card PIN ... via SMS
but it is not in "plain text"
instead i am asked to use numbers positioned on a paper i got from my bank when i made application for the debit card with my ID, a few minutes ago
