[#2014] - [Backend] LANGUAGE Overrides are not searchable using the Search filter

Joomla version 3.1.5 & 3.2.0 alpha
How to recreate
- add some language overrides, at least 2
- use the filter to search for one of the new overrides, either the full constant or part there of.
- Filter always turns up the entire list
If a user is potentially managing a lot of language overrides this is going to be an issue as you can successfully search on the constant or the content of the override.
We have also seen that doing a search on page 5, will then default and go back to page 1.
Could someone please test this and see if this is a known issue.
We are seeing this on several clean installations of the above versions.

I am closing this one as it already has a tracker item http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=31617&start=0 and the issue has been fixed there

I've just tested to confirm the issue exists in 3.2.0 Alpha with current master build installed.
[Note: this is the first thing I've tested, and programming is not my forte, so I'll test more than fix.]
