Reference(JDatabaseQuerySqlite) should be stored at the JDatabaseDriver(JDatabaseDriverSqlite.).
(Bug produced when use sqlite and invoke getTableList method)
I have viewed of /development/trunk/libraries/joomla/database/driver/pdo.php . This issue is already fixes at that moment. But still its not available in Joomla. I hope it will be availble in Stable Joomla 3.2 ...

@mManishTrivedi Please see the comment from Brian from 5 months ago. It's still missing a tracker, or not?
@Bakual I had seen that bug was fixed in /development/trunk/libraries/joomla/database/driver/pdo.php (http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/scmsvn/) so i think it will be available in next release but still its not available. :(

That's the wrong place to look. the repo is here on GitHub, no longer on JoomlaCode ;)
Still Its not available in Joomla 3.3 beta.
Of course it's not. We don't have any tests on it. Would you merge it?
I see that David requested some testing instructions on the tracker. It would be wise to answer his valid request.
Also if you can, can you change this PR to be against staging branch instead of master? You should be able to do that by closing this one and reopen a new one (you can select the target branch when creating the PR).
If you do, please add the new PR number here and in the tracker for reference.
