[#19451] - [Fields] - Media Field does not respect Media Manager Settings

In a scenario I have added a media field and configured the media manager to allow vcf files. I have uploaded them in the media manager and they exist in the folder. However, the Media Field shows that nothing exists within the folder. I suspect it's purely looking for media? opposed to allowed media.
