Didn't get a Notice in php_error-log without Pull Request.

Please confirm that you logged in on the front end and edit/save the screen that has Site Settings, Metadata Settings, SEO Settings options.

This is reproducible in the Blog demo, however, it is fixed once the Global Configuration is saved in the back end.
