This pull is the updated version of old #1713
This is a proposal of a new feature for the future Joomla 3.2.
Is an automatic Multilanguage site generator during joomla installation:
See this short video to understand the feature: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YY6F4ktHq9I
(I will send soon a new updated version video)
After the install you will have automatically a multilingual site:
Please test it ^_^
The draft of this idea was done during the redCOMPONENT Epic participation in the last Joomla Pizza Bugs and Fun.
This feature has been created by Carles Serrats (@dypsys) and me during an unofficial Internationalization 4th Code Sprint in Barcelona ^_^
I hope you enjoy.
This feature is dedicated to our Joomla internationalization hero: Jean Marie Simonet and all the Joomla Translation Teams for their amazing work.

One more comment here
As far as I know "multilingual" is an adjective.
Therefore
INSTL_DEFAULTLANGUAGE_ACTIVATE_MULTILANGUAGE="Activate multilingual"
would not make sense in English.
Should it not be:
"Activate multilingualism" i.e. using the noun?

INSTL_DEFAULTLANGUAGE_ACTIVATE_MULTILANGUAGE="Activate multilingual"
Does it have to be just one word in this context? 'Activate multiple languages' sounds more comfortable to the ear than 'Activate multilingualism'.
To me this is separate from the multilingual word substitution which I agree with. It is excellent to use the correct words but, in an international setting, we should choose the simplest words we can whilst still get the meaning over to non-native en speakers.
"Activate multiple languages" does not imply to create a native multilingual site imho.
In this case we could just use:
Activate the multilanguage feature" if one prefers.
or
"Native multilingual site" (as it is a label)
Thanks for looking at that. For me it would be 'Activate the multilingual feature' - multilanguage isn't a word.
(Good work Javier and team!)
