Hi Bill,
JM was already asked to do that for Atomic as part of his other patches. This just addresses the positions issue and as noted in the tracker item there will probably be some additional work once this is merged.

$doc->addStyleSheet should be used -- see patches pending for beez and hathor to correct loading of stylesheets and js in those templates - better to include fix also for atomic
