Gave a uniform structure to all com_users templates so that the "look and feel" is the same for all, based on the one of the default_login view.
Corrected minor errors

The layout changes look good. But why are you changing the regexp in the user table class?
If you want to make this perfect, close this PR and create a new one against the staging branch. Yes, we are moving back to staging for the PRs... ;-) But you did everything right basically.
