In the past, the Update Site was a hidden location, only managed by the extension. Nowadays, users can Publish/Unpublish, Delete an Update Site. Following the trend to increase the user control and security over the Update Site location, the option to edit the URL will enable the following use changes:
Enhanced Update Site
The new feature will allow the user to edit the update site URL:
Go to Extensions -> Manage -> Update Sites
You can select any update site by clicking in its name or selecting the checkbox and then Edit.

@brianteeman I know that the draggable and the ordering doesn't affect the update sites process, but its a way to make it equal with the other views like banners / articles, making it more standard, also, you can order the records as you prefer...
If it has no function then it is pointless adding it. There are other views that have lists that don't have drag drop sorting and that's because they have no function.
If it has no function we shouldn't put it in the UI.

You have added drag and drop ordering to this table. Why? I can't see a use case for that or am i missing something?
