Summary of Changes
This PR is a redesign for the quickicons.
- Reduce the width, so that if more are ever added, it doesn't fill up too much space
- Lighten the whole area
- Make general design cleaner

Hold off on RTC. Re-adding the icons for mobile so they'll need tweaking. Will continue tomorrow
