Only the frontend positions are displayed in the "Table Options" => Positions.

Not all modules display in the "Status" position
User, Joomla Version, etc, -
Some displays twice (multilingual status)

- To prevent duplicates, multilingual stats needs to be published but not assigned to a position. I did this so that the ordering didn't need to be changed

Still concerning 3.
Impossible to set back the module to "None" position.
IN 3.7.x we can delete the position:
I had to delete the modue and try to recreate.
In that case, it is also impossible to save as I get this message

Closing this issue - there are multiple different issues reported here. As far as I can tell they have all been resolved but if not then please create a new issue for each one.
