This pull request adds capability to set database's port during installation phase, saving this information inside configuration.php file with key "db_port".
The field is 5 characters long and it's validated during installation to have only numbers.
It's possible to change this value inside "Global Configuration" of admin panel.
This information is actually managed only by MySQL and MySQLi driver.
